Q. What is your Return Policy:
A: We are proud to stand behind the quality of our kits and parts. If the parts you purchased are found to be defective or cannot be right fit, we will be happy to provide a full refund upon the item’s return within 30 days of your purchase. Customers/Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item has been received and verified no tampering or damage has occurred, we will process your refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid will be issued (shipping charges will not be refunded).
If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If you need to return parts or kit, please contact us by replying to the order email which you would have received or writing us at info@partspandit.comwith your order details. Please receive a return authorization prior to sending any product back to us. Never send a package directly to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. Exchanges or replacements are available.

Q. What is an exchange policy?
A: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your unused product(s) in original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returned item(s). Once we receive the original item(s) and inspect, we will credit your account. If you need exchange then we will create a new order for a replacement item. If the new order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, customers will be charged for shipping on exchanged items. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee of 10% of total transaction cost.
Q. What if my product/item(s) I received is damaged or missing item(s)?
A: There are so many factors that can cause item/s to be damaged or missing. We try our best to resolve this and have a smooth process between us and the customers/buyers. You must report damaged or missing item(s) within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at info@partspandit.com or replying to the order email you have received. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to ensure that all items are returned to the carrier or to our return address. We will discuss return shipping options when you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card/debit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
