Q. What shipping methods do you use?
A: We currently offer USPS, FedEx, UPS and most other leading carrier options.
Q. How quickly will my order ship?
A: We normally ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days of the date the order is placed. If an item is not in stock we will special order from the vendor/manufacturer. Typically special orders take 5-15 business days to deliver however that varies by vendor/manufacturer. In some cases we are able to direct the ship from the vendor/manufacturer. Typically, this adds 2 – 5 days to the time it takes to ship out, and the actual transit time could be more or less than the estimated time.
Q. Why is my order not qualified for free shipping?
A: We strive to provide free shipping on most of the items listed on the website. There are some items that have much higher shipping costs. For those we charge shipping charges as mentioned on the item page.
Q. How can I request Expedited or Overnight shipping?
A: We do offer Expedited or Overnight shipping with additional charges. You can contact us at info@partspandit.com to inquire more.
Q. Can I get delivered outside of the United States of America?
A: Yes, we do ship outside of the United States of America. Customer/Buyer has to provide extra shipping, customer duties or any related charges.
International Shipping:
We are proud to offer international shipping to our customers. For most of the items International Shipping charge automatically applied to your order as per your shipping address during the checkout. In case it is not applied we will contact us at info@partspandit.com.
International shipping charges will not be refundable in case the customer/buyer wants to return the item. Buyer/Customer needs to pay return shipping in case buyer/customer wants to return the item.
We ship Internationally and customers can use their own broker or forwarder for larger shipments or UPS International for smaller shipments.

We try to provide the best price and service. Free shipping is one of the ways to serve our customers and buyers and provide more affordable parts and kits. We do offer free shipping on most of our items listed on this website. Free shipping offer only applies to the lower 48 contiguous states of the USA and excludes APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorates. Economy Shipping is the only shipping method that qualifies for free shipping. All other shipping methods will incur a charge and the buyer/customer has to pay for shipping costs.
